Playworks Reaccreditation with Investors in People (IIP)

 

In September 2019 we were proud to announce that Playworks had been awarded reaccreditation against the Investors in People Standard, demonstrating our commitment to realising the potential of our staff. Playworks was initially awarded the standard in 2012 and with the reaccreditation review that took place we were delighted to have been able to extend the accreditation to include Playworks Early Days Nursery Bedwas Ltd.


Investors in People is the international standard for people management, defining what it takes to lead, support and manage people effectively to achieve sustainable results. Underpinning the Standard is the Investors in People framework, reflecting the latest workplace trends, essential skills and effective structures required to outperform in any industry. Working with clients across the globe, Investors in People enables organisations to benchmark against the best in the business on an international scale.

To be able to include Playworks Early Days Nursery under the accreditation is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our team. We are immensely proud of what we have been able to achieve since Playworks took ownership of the nursery in the summer of 2017. We will continue to focus on our plans for the future and investing in our staff to enable them to reach their full potential.
