Playworks Ysgol Mynydd Bychan move along with the pupils on to the new school site in September 2025. The club was stablished in  but was required to reregister with CIW due to the move in premise.

The club is registered with The Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) to provide care for a maximum of 63 children each session, aged 3 -11 years. The club operates in line with CIW ratios of 1 member of staff to 8 children aged 3 - 8 years and 1 member of staff to 10 children aged 8 years and over.

Sarah Gardner is  the Responsible Individual (RI) with CIW for Playworks Ysgol Mynydd Bychan.

The club is a provider of the Childcare Offer for Wales. More information about this scheme can be found here.
