The club is registered with The Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) to provide care for a maximum of 65 2 children each session, aged 3 -11 years. The club operates in line with CIW ratios of 1 member of staff to 8 children aged 3 - 8 years and 1 member of staff to 10 children aged 8 years and over.

Sarah Gardner and Laura Cottle are the Responsible Individuals (RI) with CIW for Playworks Goytre.
